"Felt like it really understood me"
I was surprised by how well it worked for me. It asked the kinds of questions I actually care about, and my results felt personal instead of just random or generic.

"Really nice overall, just a small flaw"
I ordered from hello-nova.com my first gut reaction when I opened it was that it felt nicer than I expected. The material has a solid feel to it, and it looked just like the photos, so I didn’t get that cheap or disappointing vibe at all.

I’m giving it 4 stars because there was one tiny mark in the finish. It wasn’t a huge deal, but I spotted it quickly. Still, overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably order again.

"Staff made me lose trust in the place"
I didn’t have a great experience with the staff at all. They came across annoyed and acted like helping me was a hassle, even when I was just asking basic questions. It made me feel like I was bothering them for no reason. it really changed how I feel about this place and I don’t trust them the way I expected to

I ordered from hello-nova.com and expected the process to be a bit quicker and more straightforward. Checkout went through fine, but after that I didn’t really get clear updates, so I ended up having to check on the order myself. Shipping took longer than I thought it would, and I was expecting faster responses when trying to figure out what was going on. The product did arrive in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but the overall ordering process felt a little messy.

I had to send my order back to hello-nova.com because the fit just wasn’t right. I expected the return process to be a pain, but it was really straightforward. The instructions were clear, and I got the shipping label without having to argue or chase anyone down, which is how companies should treat people.

The refund showed up faster than I thought it would too. I really appreciate when a business doesn’t make customers feel guilty or stuck for needing a return. Super simple, no stress, and definitely 5 stars from me.

I cancelled and asked for a refund, but it feels like my request just disappeared. Every time I contact support, they say they’ll look into it, but I still haven’t gotten my money back. At this point it feels like they’re hoping I’ll just stop asking. Really frustrating, and if this doesn’t get sorted soon, I’m done using them

I reached out to support thinking it would be a quick fix, but it ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been. They did reply, so I’ll give them that, but the answers didn’t really solve anything. It felt like I was just going in circles over a simple issue.

I get that shipping can be rough sometimes, so I don’t want to blame anyone unfairly, but the box showed up crushed and the items inside didn’t seem very well packed. I think it’s reasonable to expect a bit more care with the packaging, especially so the products arrive in better condition

My experience was kind of hit or miss, but canceling my subscription was definitely the frustrating part. It felt way harder than it should’ve been, and I had to spend more time than expected just trying to get it sorted out.

Getting set up on hello-nova.com was more frustrating than I thought it would be!! At first it seemed like it’d be straightforward, but I kept running into steps that weren’t explained clearly, and a few pages took forever to load, which just made everything feel more annoying.
I ended up going back and forth a bunch of times just to get through basic setup stuff. Maybe the service is fine once you’re actually in, but the getting-started part was a pain for me and definitely not the best first impression.

Overall, it was pretty much as advertised. What I saw on the site lined up with what I received, at least from what I could tell. There were a couple little details that felt a bit unclear, but nothing major. I’d say it was a solid experience overall

I expected better from hello-nova.com. At first, the service seemed fine, but some of the wording on the site made it sound more clear-cut than it actually was, which felt misleading once I started asking questions. Their replies were short and kind of vague, like they were just trying to get me out of the way instead of actually helping. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely didn’t make me feel confident using them. I probably wouldn’t go back.

I went into hello-nova.com really wanting it to work out. At first, everything seemed fine, and I thought I’d found something I could actually use regularly. But after a few days, I started noticing a pattern: one day it would run smoothly, and the next it would slow to a crawl or just stop loading altogether. I’ve reached out to support a couple of times, and they do respond, but not always as quickly as I’d hope when the service is acting up. When it works, it’s okay, but right now it feels too hit-or-miss for me to fully rely on.
